Sephora released a FREE Ipad application to help you shop better! It was released in July, but I just found out about it
It is reallllllly coooool! Basically, it’s like an interactive magazine- you can buy products, read about them, find out what’s the latest trend, what’s hot, etc
You can swipe for features & pages. It also has a settings icon on the right- with a drop down menu for your accounts
I would suggest downloading it- then clicking on “beauty report” tab. It will download something for you- 34 MB

You will get all the “Hot Now” products with descriptions

0 Shadow Insurance- an eye primer 2 save ur eyeshadow- from Too Faced
So I have been constantly blabbering about how you must apply an eyeshadow primer before color application. Eye primers usually help set the eyeshadows, make them stay for a long time & most importantly disallow any creasing of the color (which is when the color pigment dries & adds up in your socket).
I love love love Urban Decay’s primer potion-
It’s the #1 used primer for the eyes (worldwide)- it’s simply amazing & does the job. I always always always apply it daily before applying eyeshadow.
Many girls are asking me- how can you get it. They don’t sell it here! Get yours online or from Sephora Dubai.
Anyways- I’m giving you the alternative product. You can visit sephora (Bahrain) & get a special product from “Too Faced” called “SHADOW INSURANCE”. The shadow insurance does the same job as the primer potion.
According to Too Faced,

I highly recommend this product to be used in your daily makeup routine. Just apply a small dot on each eyelid & smudge all over. That will create a strong natural base. This will allow your shadow to stay over 12 hours. I also recommend it for someone who has an oily lid as it will stop the eyeshadow from creasing.

0 “The Smoky Eye Kit” from Sephora- great for beginners
It’s called “beauty in a box- smoky eyes palette”.
It’s a little book/box which has handpicked colors to perfect the blackish-greyish-metallic smoky eye. Also, the box includes a “how to guide with pictures”.
In this kit you also get a mini eyeliner pencil, 4 eyeshadow shades (clearly labeled), mini black mascara, & a double sided brush/sponge (throw that out).
I threw out the eyeliner-oops
The colors in the kit are pretty dramatic- but achieving the smokey eye is not as easy as the pictures provided. However, practice is crucial!
I don’t suggest using the mascara or the eyeliner provided in the box, as they are not the best- so use the ones you have!
0 Stain your lips with Sephora’s Creamy lip stain
It’s a high coverage lip color which comes in a tube, looks like a gloss, however it’s not glossy.
Once it’s applied, within less than a second, the creamy texture will turn into a silky STAIN. What’s great about it is that it’s enhanced with avocado oil (won’t dry your lips up).
My two favorite colors from 8 shades is #2-Classic Beige (matte beige with deep brown) & #5 –Infinite Rose (satin golden peach). Classic Beige works beautifully with olive skin. It’s reflects hint of browns & pinkish pigments. It complements any natural eye makeup, & what I love about it even more, is that it becomes a MATTE chocolate brown…
The stain lasts for.. umm.. seriously… the NEXT DAY. I applied it yesterday at 9 pm.. and I forgot to remove it. Today morning, it was still there!
